Our cathead biscuits went viral last year and they are our absolute favorite to enjoy with ham. This ham made my Christmas in August dinner a lot. Look at this juicy, sweet ham This is going to be a recipe I use for many holidays to come. Pour a can of pineapple tidbits with juice on top of the ham. Place your cooked ham on top of the sugar. If you are anything like my family we love biscuits with our ham. Lay a base of brown sugar on the bottom of the Crock-Pot. The mustard is optional but it does give the ham a little tang to offset the sweetness. We love the pineapple with the brown sugar. Cover with crock pot lid, and cook on low for approximately 4 to 5 hours or until warmed through. Be sure to spread the slices so that the glaze drips down. In a bowl, mix brown sugar and yellow mustard until a paste forms. These 5 ingredients are delicious and wonderful on ham. Put the ham in the insert so that the slices are facing upward. Once fully cooked, remove ham onto a large, rimmed, serving platter. Cover and cook on low heat for about 6 hours or until the meat is tender and falling off the bone, and the internal temperature reaches 140☏. Pour honey and then pineapple juice over the top of the ham. This crock pot ham has simple ingredients. Place ham in the crock pot, cut side down. I call this my Pineapple Sugar Ham and everyone in the family always ask me to make it for gatherings, especially Easter and Christmas. You can just throw it in the crock pot and it’s done in 3-4 hours. Crock pot ham is so easy and honestly, it is my go to when I am making a ham for the holidays or any event.
